Fantasy Football is Stupid

Ever since I got into college fantasy football has been part of my falls. Drafting the team, talking trash with my buddies, and hoping I win. But ultimately forgetting about my team and not setting my line up during the middle of the season and my team falls apart.
However this year was different. There was actually something other then bragging rights up for grabs. I didn't care if I won but I know that I didn't want to get last. Even though I dont think it will actually happen the person that gets dead last has to do something that the winner picks and it'll get recored and put on the internet for the whole world to see.
So knowing who is in my league I "tried" and did pretty good. Making trades, and maybe there was some "collusion" maybe their wasn't, but oh well it didn't get caught, until this post but the season is almost over.

The one big trade i made was for Carson Wentz. It was great. Finally had a QB that was getting regular points and actually pulling their weight on my team. Riding the Eagles right up the standings and into the play-offs.
Rewind to this past Sunday and what happens? Carson Wentz Tears his ACL. As a regular person I feel bad for him and can sympathize with the pain he is going through. As a Fantasy Owner however as my grandpa would say "You're up Shit Creek Without a Paddle huh?". This late in the season who can I get to play QB? My bench has two decent QBs but they haven't dont anything this second half of the year. Then on the Waivers nobody good is even left and i cant trade for anyone so basically I'm screwed.

There is one Positive thing from this season. My kicker has been on point and probably been my most consistent player all year.
I've never been this tied into my team or this invested. It Sucks, I Hate it, Fantasy Football is Stupid. But you wanna know what the saddest part of this whole thing is? I'm still going to come back next year and go through the same roller coaster of emotions when my team starts to fall apart.
