The JuCo Baseball Blog Ranking- Week 15

This is what the entire season is all about … The Post-Season. A few teams around the country still had their last week of conference play but the rest started the Regional/Conference Tournaments.

Within the Top 5 this week #1 and #2 Stayed the same while Arizona Western Jumped up to #3 after beating then ranked 10 Central Arizona in the first round of the Region 1 Playoffs( They will play #9 South Mountain in a best-of-three Series this up coming weekend). Connors State comes in at #4 after going 3-0 This past week and winning 11 Straight. San Jac Finishes out the top 10 Losing 1 to Alvin this past weekend and going 4-1, They did however Clinch the Region 14 South Title (They will start their tournament this next weekend).

Two teams dropped out this week:

Trinidad State who went 1-2 Losing both to Northeastern which dropped them to #26

Fort Scott lost went 0-2 losing in the first round of the Playoffs to Seward County

Making their way back in this week is two teams:

Cowley comes in at #22 Sweeping Garden City in the opening round of the Region 6 Playoffs. Cowley started off the season at #7.

Wallace State Comes back in at #23. They went 4-0 this past week Brining them to 44-8. They have been ranked as high as #18.
